Instant Rava Dosa

Cooking Method

In a bowl, mix 3/4 cup of Dr. Bee Rava, ¾ cup of Dr. Bee rice powder, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onion, 1 tsp of cumin, 2 tsp of finely chopped ginger, 2 tsp of peppercorns, 2 tbsp of finely chopped coriander leaves and salt as required. Pour 3 cups of water into it and combine the ingredients well to form a running batter. Heat a tawa and pour a ladle full of batter over the tawa in a circular motion. Fill in the gaps if any. Drizzle oil or ghee on the dosa and cook on medium heat. When the dosa turns golden, flip it and cook the other side. After 30 seconds, take it off the tawa and serve the delicious instant rava dosa hot with chutney or sambar.
